ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By making a reservation, checking in, or using any facilities at Valley Bloom Hotel Kyanja, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not book or stay with us.
RESERVATIONS AND BOOKINGS
All reservations must be confirmed by the hotel either online, by phone, or in person. A valid credit card or deposit may be required to secure your booking. Your reservation is not guaranteed until you receive a confirmation number or email from us. Group bookings of five or more rooms may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in is from 11:00 AM. Check-out is until 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request and subject to availability. Additional fees may apply. A valid government-issued photo ID (passport or national ID) is required at check-in for all guests. Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION
Payment is due at check-in unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include cash in Ugandan Shillings, credit cards, and mobile money. Cancellation policies vary by rate plan. Please check your booking confirmation for specific terms. Standard cancellation allows free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a charge of one night's stay. Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date will be charged the full amount of the first night.
GUEST CONDUCT
Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other guests. Loud noise, parties, or disruptive behavior is not permitted at any time. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or evict any guest violating these rules without a refund. Smoking is prohibited inside all rooms. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. A cleaning fee of 150,000 UGX will be charged for smoking in rooms.
DAMAGE TO PROPERTY
Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of hotel property caused by them or their visitors. Charges for repairs or replacement will be added to the guest's bill. The hotel reserves the right to inspect rooms upon check-out and charge for any missing or damaged items.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Valley Bloom Hotel is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings left in rooms, common areas, or vehicles. Valuable items should be stored in the in-room safe or left at reception for secure storage. The hotel is not liable for injuries sustained on the premises unless caused by gross negligence of hotel staff. Guests use the sauna, steam bath, gym, and other facilities at their own risk.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
Guests must follow all health and safety instructions posted throughout the hotel. The sauna and steam bath are not recommended for pregnant women, individuals with heart conditions, high blood pressure, or other medical concerns. Please consult your doctor before use. Children under 12 years of age are not permitted in the sauna or steam bath unless accompanied by an adult. Guests with contagious illnesses must not use shared facilities including gym, spa, sauna, and steam bath.
PETS
Pets are not allowed at Valley Bloom Hotel with the exception of registered service animals. Please inform us at the time of booking.
VISITORS
Daytime visitors are allowed but must register at the front desk. Overnight visitors are not permitted unless they are registered guests with a confirmed booking. The hotel reserves the right to ask any visitor to leave the premises.
PARKING
Free on-site parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. The hotel is not responsible for theft, damage, or any incidents involving vehicles parked on the premises.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND RECORDING
Guests may take personal photos and videos for non-commercial use. Commercial photography or filming requires prior written permission from hotel management. The hotel may take photographs of public areas for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform staff.
PRIVACY AND DATA
We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Your information is used for reservation, check-in, billing, and improving our services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Valley Bloom Hotel reserves the right to refuse service or evict any guest who fails to pay for their stay, behaves in a threatening or disruptive manner, damages hotel property, or violates any of these Terms and Conditions. No refund will be given in such cases.
CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated Last updated date. Your continued stay or use of facilities after changes constitutes acceptance.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes arising from your stay or these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Kampala, Uganda.
